i'm such a dork, i just blogged my blog! goodnight ;-)

ok, so i didn't get any pics @ ministry, but i went back for halloween after all this ivan fallout took my internet, home and that last shred of sanity i despairingly cling to during my darkest times. it's still resonating from that disaster here, by the way, and many of us are beyond our wits. not me of course and i have the halloween photos to prove it... now if i could just locate that memory card reader, i think it's in storage or wait did i bring it to the interim insane asylum where i currently reside... i'll get back to you on that and with pictures dammit!

Woo hoo!! I just got invited to open a gmail account and I did, I am so excited and such a ridiculous geek. :-)

I got a job!! and the best part is I like it. I'm the new full time asst. manager @ Hot Topic. More to come.

So , I bought an ibook on eBay, doesn't that sound nice -- good rhythm. I went against the advice of my least favorite ScreenSaver, Patrick Norton, who thoroughly dismissed the idea of purchasing an ibook secondhand under any circumstances. My experience, however, has been nothing but positive and I'm a Mac fan now, not that I'm turning my back on PCs by any means, I'm just a true cross-platform kitty. Anyway it's specs are: 700 Mhz G3, 640 Mb ram, 16 Mb vram, 20 Gb hard disc, 12" screen, 4 hour+ battery life, airport card. It is sweeeeeet! I have to say it kicks the ass of pc laptops twice as fast, plus it's so pretty, ahhhh look @ my apple ;-)!

Apple - iTunes - Thank you yes that's right, no snickering - I've fallen victim to the marketing machine that is the elegant, yet so geekfree it's scares me ... apple, it's only a minor daliance, however, 'cause what I'm really wanting is an OSX emulator, so if you hear any news, pass it my way - i'm sick of the same ol' school apps I can run on my Basilisk II - ok, I'm really going now
